They must be able to fit harmoniously into your operations and have a good knowledge of the environment in which they will be working and its requirements. Our department managers are assisted in their work by supervisors and site managers. Their mission: Permanent relations with contacts on each site Organising shifts, finding occasional replacements Managing personnel, specifying their role and job via cleaning protocols and schedules. Ensure that application of the jobs to be done is respected on each site Check operations Managing equipment, product consumption and distribution Applying corrective actions during quality control in the presence of both parties: the A u g i a s® manager and representatives of the customers Respecting safety regulations Training and development of cleaning techniques
