Organising shifts, finding occasional replacements
Managing personnel, specifying their role and job via cleaning protocols and schedules.
Ensure that application of the jobs to be done is respected on each site
Check operations
Managing equipment, product consumption and distribution
Applying corrective actions during quality control in the presence of both parties: the A u g i a s® manager and representatives of the customers
